I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well-appointed, offering enough space for a family. The service was a mix of unhelpful and helpful staff. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were warm and cozy despite the freezing temperatures outside, and they had an interesting layout with a retrofitted king suite setup. The spacious rooms featured a convenient kitchenette and work area, with the TV perfectly placed between the bedroom and living room areas.

Although there was some noise from the bar at night, overall, it was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service was amazing and extremely courteous, and the staff was nice and armed with loads of information. The location was great and close to shops, with a central feel right downtown. The dining experience was a bit limited, but the amenities were fine. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay pleasant.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and came at a decent rate, very clean, and the housekeeping did an excellent job daily. It's perfect for families with a kitchenette and a sitting room; our room even had 2 double beds and a layout sofa. However, it was VERY hot in the room, and I had to call downstairs for assistance.

The location, right in downtown Fairbanks in front of the Chena river, was great for exploring the city, but the hotel's capacity was small. The dining options were satisfactory with a decent breakfast selection. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
The room was pretty nice, obviously retrofitted to be a king suite, very spacious, comfortable, and clean.
